The restaurant 'Les Bossens' was pleased to reopen in Sauve the 8th of may 2009 after nearly two years of closure. The restaurant is run by Cyril Barillari who's culinary skills are based on local Mediterranean products-creating delicious recipes from his starters to his deserts. All theses dishes are carefully prepared by Cyril himself.
The Restaurant has a large terrace shaded by three magnificent plaine trees where you can enjoy Cyril's cooking whilst taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding hills. When the days are cooler the restaurant has two large dining rooms decorated in warm chestnut colours
